Meet Our Team
Steven Childers
Owner Operator / Comissioner
Steven's affinity for football began in his youth in South Carolina, where he initiated his involvement in Little League tackle football upon its introduction in 5th grade. He maintained his enthusiasm through high school and his subsequent military service, engaging in intramural leagues wherever stationed all over the world. Upon completing his military tenure, Steven relocated to Green Bay, Wisconsin, and embarked on a 19-year career in the paper industry as a machine operator. In addition, he demonstrated leadership within the United Steelworkers, serving as an Executive Board member for 14 years, and President for 9 years.
Ultimately, Steven transitioned to pursuing his genuine passion – mentoring youth in football and sports – providing secure alternatives while fostering fundamental skills.
Since 2017, Steven has successfully established 7v7 and Flag leagues across multiple states, nurturing outstanding athletes. He also successfully launched Green Bay's first girls-only football league.
